Argentina are not in the save zone yet, but all they need is a win to get into the top four of World Cup qualification South American group. The two times world football champions will have to beat the host Chile tomorrow for that matter. But surely the current Copa America title holder will not give up the 3 points easily.
Perhaps Argentina front line are better than Chile, since they have the likes of Barca’s Leo Messi, City’s Kun Aguero, Napoli’s Gonzalo Higuain, PSG’ Angel di Maria, and Juventus’ Paulo Dybala.
But Chile are a more balanced team with Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez up front, Bayern’s Arturo Vidal in midfield and Barca’s Claudio Bravo in goal.
And we all know who is the weakest in Argentina’s starting eleven. City’s central back Martin Demichelis. Yeah, ok. Keep laughing, guys. Are you finished? No? Ok, carry on….
Don’t ask me why Tata Martino is keeping Demichelis. Ask him instead. Then again, have you asked Pellegrini why he keeps Demichelis at City?
Ok, which team do you think will win the match? I’ll stick with Argentina.
